Wayne is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable when it came to installing fire extinguishers at the studio I work at. I filled out an online form on the Tuesday, Wednesday Wayne came out and did the assessment and by Friday the studio was kitted out. From start to finish we felt looked after and Wayne was able to explain to us how to properly look after the extinguishers and other ways we can make sure we sit well within fire safety guidelines.

Excellent service! No pulling-the-wool-over-my-eyes, just honest advice. Price was good, too!

Met with Wayne from Francis Fire for the first time at Aroma Ristorante in Bollington the day before our official opening. Wayne having installed fire appliances for the previous owners knew his way around the premises. His approach and advice is highly professional, compared to the so-called market-leaders in the industry that I have been dealing with for the past 40+ years. The log-book, bar-codes and general paperwork supplied is second-to-none. Wayne's knowledge of the area was extremely helpful, pointing us in the right direction as a new company to the area. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wayne, 10/10.

Wayne clearly knows the industry well and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. It was easy to get setup with a 12-month inspection schedule and we're now feeling assured that our fire extinguishers are compliant, properly maintained and ready if needed.
