Will a fire risk assessment be necessary?
A fire risk assessment is likely to be necessary to ultimately determine exactly what fire risks are present and how to reduce these to an acceptable standard, and what your obligations are in this regard. This also ensures that you have the most suitable fire extinguishers located in the right places for maximum fire safety. Although we Francis Fire don’t directly provide fire risk assessments ourselves, we do have trusted partners that we can refer you to without-charge.
Do you provide fire extinguisher servicing?
Yes, of course. For example, after our engineers have fully installed a commissioned your new fire extinguishers at your grade one or two property, we can then agree to annual servicing to ensure your extinguishers are kept in the best possible condition for maximum fire safety and compliance. It is a legal requirement, via The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, to have extinguishers serviced annually in line with British Standards BS5306-3 & 8.
Do you provide without-charge fire safety training booklets?
Upon completion of our installation(s) at your property, we are more than happy to provide you with one of our without-charge fire safety training booklets. This will help to enable you to gain a better understanding of fire safety in and around your home.
