Our processes and pricing were discussed, and the said customer requested our attendance as soon as possible, ensuring they were fully compliant with their insurer; an appointment was made for the following morning.
Upon arrival, our engineer assessed the property fully and it was agreed with the customer, in-line with the above insurer requirement, a 3-Litre Water Additive (13A Rated), 2KG CO2 Carbon Dioxide, and a 1.2m x 1.2m Hardcase Fire Blanket would be supplied, commissioned, installed on modular interlocking fire extinguisher stands, with photoluminescent ID signs and certified, whilst in-attendance.
Upon completion, our engineer provided a ‘without-charge’ basic fire safety training booklet, enabling the customer to gain a basic understanding of fire safety in and around their home.
The said customer requested to be added to our annual servicing system, in readiness for next year’s annual fire extinguisher servicing.
